i2ES 3401  is a semi-automatic single in line package lead frame strip cutting machine for SIL LF (total height 18,1 mm pitch 1,27 mm – 2,54 mm thickness 0,25 mm).

CONTROLs and ADJUSTMENTS

The machine is very simple to use and operator has a minimum of mechanical adjustments. 

The software currently allows the production of only one strip length and one contact cutting pattern. An update is coming that will allow full programmability of the STRIP length and contact cutting configuration.
