i2ES 3102 is a pneumatic tool to cut SIL contacts on substrates after soldering operation has taken place.

Cutting Length is adjusted by means of a grub screw. A presser provides accurate lead cutting without any mechanical stress being applied to solder joint. Provided that strip is kept adherent to back reference, it is possible to cut strips made up of multiple circuits.

Contact cutting range: minimum is 4 mm (from ceramic) - maximum is almost up to lead frame tie-bar.

Circuit dimension: maximum strip length is 8" (203,2 mm).
