i2ES 4100 is a hand operated SMT lead attach machine for insertion on two / four edges (one at a time).

Operator drops PCB into nest and pushes hand lever until it comes to a stop. After releasing the lever he/she shifts contacts forward by means of a knob. The operation must be repeated up to 4 times, in case of Quad circuits.

• Insertion nest: with adjustable level circuit holder accomodating various double side populated substrates/PCB from 16,5 to 101,6 mm (0.65" to 4.0"). Components clearance: top 15 mm (0.6"), bottom limited by leg length.

• Pitch: standard 2,54 mm (0.100") and 1,27 mm (0.050") - Option 1,00 mm (0.040").

• LF transport: by means of a knob.

REQUIREMENTS

Neither power supply nor air supply is required to operate machine.
